Karen Ksiazek-Wilson

I was born in Washington, DC, and raised on Smithsonian field trips. After attending the University Of Maryland for an engineering undergrad, followed by medical school, I escaped west to my heart home. I survived medicine by employing empathy, intuition ( and a bit of the logic of nature). I now tend to solve the hard stuff and enjoy finding connections within the many-hued field of factors that contribute to our current lives. I had a hiatus of 10 years from my time in Golden working on the Western Slope, only to heed the call of my roots to return to a more diversified community.
