Our bodies are information receptacles. Not all of what we take in makes it to our conscious ‘knowing’. Sometimes our body wisdom needs to be shaken out, stomped, sung in wild melodies, or playfully moved to be experienced. In this service, Rev. Lydia Ferrante-Roseberry & Linds Roberts, co-founders and collaborators in Interplay CO will share how connecting to their body wisdom in new ways has transformed their lives.
