Alec Duncan

Alec Duncan joined JUC in 2022. Professionally, Alec is a geoscience manager, professional development coach, and team systems coach. During the remaining hours of the day, Alec is deep in family life, with his wife Megan Duncan, their two young daughters, and his mom who lives down the street. Alec is also an active volunteer for various good causes. Alec joined the spiritual companions because it matches his desire to form deep connections and support others in our community through the ups and downs of life.  He creates and holds space for deepening our relationship with ourselves and others even when it’s hard, sad, complicated, or uncertain. He values listening to people and asking questions that both support you connecting to yourself and allow the space to explore the emotional and spiritual breadth of life.
