All are welcome to join in our monthly Playshop series, where we play around with our monthly themes with the joyful incremental embodied wisdom of Interplay.  Our InterPlay Somatic Playshops draw on improvisational movement, vocalization, sounds, rhythm, music, storytelling, and stillness. InterPlay engages all of the senses, supporting both the mind and body integratively. Appropriate for a wide range of age and ability levels, these group experiences contribute to community-building, engage creativity, and reduce stress.
