Our June Meeting topic will be Spiritual & Physical Decluttering facilitated by Beth Gregg. We can bring clothing, treasures from home to trade for a new loved home. We can donate the leftovers to a cause of the group’s choice.

We practice a form of Thai Chi called Thai Chi Chih That is very easy to follow. Beginners welcome. Tai Chi is an internal form of martial arts and improves balance, coordination, breathing, overall strength, reactivity, and integration. Newcomers will find it easy to follow.

Being an Elder is a support group for members and friends of JUC who are in their 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, or beyond. It will meet in the chapel once a month on the 2nd Thursday of each month beginning at 10:00am til noon. The first meeting will be on Thursday Nov 13. We will create a supportive environment in which to help each other deal with the very real challenges of life as we age. And to seek to grow into Elders.
