Ray Grosser

Ray started as the Communications Manager at JUC in February 2025. They graduated with their Masters of Media Innovation from the University of Nevada, Reno in December 2024. Before going back to school, Ray spent time in several different professional worlds: from teaching English in Sierra Leone, to pouring pints at a brewery, to shelving books at a public library. The experiences and relationships that Ray was gifted along the way eventually led her to the world of communications & storytelling. Ray cares deeply about making spaces and giving platforms to all voices, and she’s ecstatic about sharing the work of JUC with the world.

Ray originally hails from Texas, but has made a home in Colorful Colorado with their partner and their two dogs, Cuba and Moose. In her free time, Ray likes to doodle, play board games, and maximize time in the sun.
