Our Ends

The people of Common Flame, courageously working together: 

1. Open ourselves to awe and spiritual inspiration, grounded in spiritual practice.

2. Live into our Unitarian Universalist faith identity, share it with our youth, and model it courageously in the world. 

3. Accountably dismantle racism and other oppressions in ourselves and our institutions. 

4. Build a multigenerational, multicultural community that widens the circle of belonging.

5. Generously give and openly receive compassionate care in times of joy, sorrow, and transition.

6. Build justice in partnership with the community. 

7. Transform our relationship to the earth and act for climate justice.
