Throughout our abundant lives, we can find simple and quick ways to connect our learning and growth at church to our lives at home.

We practiced recognizing all kinds of feelings we have in our lives and discussed how we need them all to be whole.

Morning Time:

Meal Time:

Allow each person time to talk about their “peach, pit, and stem” – the best and worst parts of their day, and something they hope for. Identify and name the feelings that each person felt while they went through these experiences allowing space and acceptance of all feelings.

Bed Time:

Read and talk about The Feelings Book by Todd Parr

Family Time:Inside Out is a great movie to watch as a family. There is so much to discuss on the importance of all of our feelings.
