Throughout our abundant lives, we can find simple and quick ways to connect our learning and growth at church to our lives at home.

At Church:

We explored the threshold of Pride and of  being kind as we build a fair and peaceful world supported by our 6th UU Principle.

Morning Time:

Consider this thought by Harvey MIlk “It takes no compromising to give people their rights. It takes no money to respect the individual. It takes no survey to remove repressions.”

Meal Time:

Talk about: How has the march toward LGBT equality changed over your life? What has changed since you were born? How can we use our UU principles to help in this fight? What UU principles should we consider in this fight?

Blessing of Threshold

Neither here, nor there, and yet everywhere, Dear families, this month we are all being and existing on a threshold between so many things. In your parenting, you are compiling an experience of navigating the threshold of these times:  May we recognize this gift of in-between places and a chance to rest and reset. Going forward step by step and learning, growing and being.
