At Church:

We read the book The Lion and the Bird by Marianne Dubuc and discussed being mindful of the world around us, especially in this time of the Spring Equinox.

Meal Time:

It’s important to take time to be aware of our bodies and minds and hearts. Let’s take three silent deep breaths together before starting our dinner and notice how busy or quiet our minds are, how our bodies are feeling and what we are feeling in our hearts.

Bed Time:

Family Time:

Take a nature walk together! Spend some time in nature and notice any signs of spring.  What do you see? What do you hear? What can you smell? How do you feel?
