People have come to the United States of America from all over the world. What has America symbolized for them? What did they leave behind to come here? What did it cost to become Americans? We’ll explore these and other questions through a historical perspective using movies. Participants are expected to watch the movies in advance. All movies are available from the public library or free online. Movies can be watched independently or a monthly viewing daytime viewing option will be available. Sign Up.
