Join us for a morning of practicing presence to close out 2017. We’ll move our bodies in sync with our breath to both stretch and build strength. It will be a gentle practice with some flowing movement. We’ll start and end the practice with a few moments of mindfulness. Yoga 9:20-10:20 a.m. followed by a potluck brunch and plenty of time for fellowship with other parents. Bring your own yoga mat or a large towel, and wear comfortable clothes. Childcare is provided
