Growing old is not an option, but we can choose how we age. If you’re facing questions about what it means to be growing older (65+) join us for a 8 week discussion based on the book AgeSong: Meditations for our Later Years by Elizabeth Bugental. This book gives us the inspiration to take charge of our own aging.
Now that we’re old enough, and maybe wise enough, to decide how we’d like to live before we die, it’s time to explore those nagging questions. You don’t have to do it alone. The passages in AgeSong open a space for us to make this journey in a spirit of adventure and appreciation. They provide us with a simple and profound breathing space to take in the richness within our reach that could fill our last days with wonder and gratitude.
