We will introduce two examples of common meditation types – stable-attention (samatha) and open-awareness (vipassana) – and practice each briefly. Mindfulness arises from the synergy between attention and awareness. The meeting will end with Q&A and discussion. All are welcome. Contact: Brian Gregg
