Mental Health First Aid is an innovative, hands-on course designed to give you the tools to recognize common mental health problems and the skills and confidence to help someone in a mental health crisis. The program gives participants a concrete action plan to help someone showing symptoms of mental illness or substance abuse until appropriate professional, peer or family support arrives.
