Our speaker will be Pamela Gould, Jefferson County Public Health. She is the coordinator for Jeffco Communities That Care (CTC), which is a structured, evidence-based community change process to prevent youth substance misuse, reduce violence, and improve mental health. She will give us an overview of the Jeffco CTC process that is focusing on youth in Lakewood, Edgewater, and Wheat Ridge.
