Curiosity Week 1: How does it feel to be curious?

Throughout our abundant lives, we can find simple and quick ways to connect our learning and growth at church to our lives at home.

Enjoy this month’s Spotify Playlist!

Week 1: How does it feel to be curious?

At Church:

We explored the idea of curiosity and shared what we are curious about.

Morning Time:

Share this quote: “Curiosity is the essence of human existence. ‘Who are we? Where are we? Where do we come from? Where are we going?’… I don’t know. I don’t have any answers to those questions. I don’t know what’s over there around the corner. But I want to find out”  Gene Cernan

Drive Time:

Listen to the song Curious Garden by Emily Arrow. (Check out the book too!)

Meal Time:

What are you curious about? How might you find the answer?

Bed Time:

Curiosity: The Story of a Mars Rover by Marcus Motum

Curious Garden by Peter Brown

Family Time:

Create a “Great Wall of Questions” with your family.  Write down any and all questions on colorful post-it notes and create a designated wall, window, or area in your home to keep adding to it.  Don’t feel the need to answer all of the questions, just see where your family’s curiosities are!
