Kim is a candidate for the Unitarian Universalist ministry and student at Meadville Lombard Theological School in Chicago. Kim’s family moved a lot while she was growing up but eventually settled in Raleigh, NC. Raised Methodist, Kim walked in to a UU congregation on January 2, 2000 and found her spiritual home. Prior to seminary, Kim worked as a religious educator for fifteen years, serving congregations in Tennessee and New Jersey as well as working for the former Joseph Priestley District of the UUA. She lives in Lakewood with her two cats and plays roller derby in her free time.
