JUC Website Information
The JUC Website is coordinated by the IT Committee. The site content is developed and maintained by volunteers with areas of the site overseen by staff and ministers where appropriate.

Purpose & Responsibilities of the IT Committee
Purpose
The role of IT Committee is to assess needs and capabilities and advise the church staff and Business Council in the area of information technology.
Responsibilities
- The IT Committee shall recommend short and long-term technology plans with specific technology solutions to the office staff and Business Council. In support of this planning and its implementation, ITC will advise on technology best practices, training, maintenance, system needs, process needs and the impact of decisions.
- The IT Committee shall advise the staff, Business Council and church members about technical, administrative, and legal issues around technology operations.
- Sponsor brown-bags and trainings, appropriate to the various skill levels of the church members, staff and ministers.
- The IT Committee shall maintain an inventory of the campus technology assets. This will be done on a regular basis, but not less than every two years.
Meetings
The IT Committee shall meet at least quarterly but may meet as often as necessary.
