• Enhance support for leaders and the congregation through improved communication, training, technology.
• Achieve a high degree of belonging & connection

4. Promote a Robust Social Justice Program:
Support robust engagement with our community and partners putting us in the forefront on social justice issues, increasing our ability to transform lives
5. Develop a culture of abundance that transcends our current view of resources

2012 Strategic Objective
Leadership Development: Develop a comprehensive approach to the life cycle of leadership at JUC. This life cycle includes the fundamental mechanics of identification of leadership potential/talent, training, succession planning, selection, orientation and mentoring. Equally important, the approach should address the growth of an individual as a UU, experiencing the joy of leadership and their contribution to the greater mission and goals of JUC and the UU movement.
