Welcome to the 2008-09
Lifespan Education and Adult Programs
(LEAP)

Lifespan Education and Adult Programs (LEAP) are designed to enhance JUC's sense of community and enrich the spiritual and intellectual lives of its members by:
-
seeking greater understanding of UU values and tradition;
-
increasing our knowledge of the communities and the world in which we live;
-
sharing insights and experience as to problems and issues which concern us;
-
striving continually to enrich and expand our intellectual horizons; and
-
cultivating our individual and collective senses of self-worth and self-esteem.
Topics include such areas as religion and philosophy, personal development, social issues, arts, and excursions. Classes are often limited in size, so registration for classes in advance is routinely required. Sign up at the Sign Up Site at the top of the stairs in the south commons. There are no registration fees for classes offered by JUC members and friends although there may be costs for books or workbooks. If this is a barrier to participation, please call one of us and we will discuss a waiver with you.
We hope your journey in Lifespan Education and Adult Programs is a fruitful one.
